Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact).
2. Conditions for Returns
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories, labels.
- Proof of purchase (order number/ invoice) is required.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
3. Return Process
1. Contact customer support at info@deltasystemsllc.com to initiate a return request.
3. Package the item securely and include the original invoice copy.
4. You can arrange a pickup (pickup fees may apply if reason is not due to seller error)
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges for size/color are subject to availability.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective/damaged product
- Product not as described
